Q: Are your designs manually punched?

A: Yes, my designs are manually digitized and tested thoroughly by me to minimize jump stitches and color changes and to ensure high quality designs.

Q: What formats do you offer?

A: My designs are offered in DST, HUS, JEF, PES and VIP. If you need another format, please email me and I’ll do my best to accommodate you.

Q: I’m having a problem with a design; can you help?

A: I’m happy to help you with any design or project from Mimi’s Sewing Studio. Contact me through the website using the Contact Us page.

Please refer to your user manual for machine/computer problems as there are so many models available, it’s not possible to help with questions of this nature.

Q: How do I pay for my designs?

A: My site is set up to accept Paypal. If you don’t have a Paypal acct., you can pay using a credit or debit card with Paypal.

Q: What is your refund policy?

A: Due to the electronic nature of digitized embroidery files, no refunds or exchanges are offered. If your download is corrupt or there is some other problem with your download, I will resend the original file to you after verification of the original purchase. Please note: only the original purchase will be resent.
